Return Policy:

In the event you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from FetishUnderwear.com; we will gladly accept return of items that are unopened and in the original packaging complete with tags, and have not been tried on or worn for exchange or refund for up to 30 days of your receipt. Considering the intimate nature of many of our products, health code regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of any underwear, swimwear or hosiery where the package has been opened, and/or the item has been tried on.

Return Instructions:

Submit a Return Request via the "Completed" orders section of your account under "Manage my Account". Select the order # you want to return and click the "Return Item(s)" box. Fill out the request form completely including the reason for your return and the return action.  If requesting a replacement item, please include in the "Comments" box the item(s) you want to receive for exchange and/or any special instructions/comments you may have.

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you ship returned items back to us using a method that gives you a tracking number.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return guidelines will be accepted at our discretion.

Refunds:

Refunds are typically processed within one week. The funds will be deposited back using the same form as your original payment method on the order, less shipping fees, and you will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for credit card bank return processing.
